Hello World! I am a recent college graduate out on her own in New York for her first job ever! I am a food lover in search for better health and better eating habits! Love brocolli, meat (but trying to eat less I swear!), tomatoes, lettuce and pretty much all things eatable! I love fitness and usually take my traning too far (but I have an office job so I am seating for hours and hours so I gotta take advantage of my moving time)! Working at an office....

Sooo.. besides the fact that I am sitting down for about 9 hours a day in a desk, working at an office is not the best thing when you are attempting to commit to healthy eating habits. Boredom makes you think you are hungry, eating in front of your computer makes you think you are hungry, and everyone at the office brings everything they dont want to eat themselves to share with the rest of us.. NOT COOL! If you dont want to eat it dont buy it, but certainly dont bring it to the office so the rest of us "have" (trust me, sometimes it is impossible to resist) to eat it.

Because it is hard to comprehend the extent to which these people sabotage my diet on a daily basis I have taken pictures of all of the available goodies that people brought in ONE SINGLE DAY. Yes people! this is all from the same day. Enjoy... and try not to drool all over your keyboard...

I know what you are thinking! It is like being surrounded by temptation all the time. Somedays I manage to stay away from it all . Others I fail completely! It is sooo hard! Need to work on my will power a little more... Well actually... a LOT MORE!

  1. Oh man, that's BRUTAL. The combination of access to shitty (I mean tasty, but bad for you) food and boredom is a diet killer. I had major struggles with that before Christmas but lately and luckily there hasn't been much food around the office.
